Returns & Exchanges

We have a shipping time of 2-3 weekdays and we send all of our packages with POSTNORD.

If you for some reason need to make a return of a product you bought from us online you have to send it back in the same condition as it was when you received it from us (within 14 days).

• The accessories most have there sealing “Eivy flodin tag” unbroken.

​

• The perfumes must have the packaging unbroken/unsealed and the plastic around it intact.
